Firstly, we offer a Free Taster Session which gives you the opportunity to come and look around the Headquarters, spend dedicated time with a coach, try a Metodologia Funcional Sports workout that is suited to your ability or ask any questions you may have. If you would rather come to see the facilities or have a quick chat with one of our coaches, then the best time would be during an Open Gym Session (check Timetable).

 

'The Fundamentals' Course - Every new member must undergo an Introduction Course (lasting 2 weeks: 6 x 1 hour sessions), which will prepare you to enter the Metodologia Funcional Sports Main Classes knowing that you can confidently carry out the movements safely and efficiently. You will learn the Fundamental Movements and how to introduce the intensity into your workouts safely.
